Default XJ8 Rear table tray

Did the 2004 XJ8 have a WOOD TRIM REAR SEAT PICNIC TABL up to 2003.E TRAY as an option? If not does anyone know if there is a WOOD TRIM REAR SEAT PICNIC TABLE TRAYS that will work.
All I can find is WOOD TRIM REAR SEAT PICNIC TABLE TRAYS

Dunno, but what I can say is that the picnic table shown in those links is definitely not the same table that is fitted to the X350.

Frankly the tables fitted to the 350, when they're called 'Work tables' by the way, are very small and a bit 'something and nothing', IMHO.

Yes they offered it. The link you posted is for a XJ8 X302 (up to 2003) vs XJ8 X350 (starting in 2004) .

Here's a link that might help. Keep in mind the mounts are different per year, as stated lower in the thead. By the way, they do look great, but none of us really use them. Sort of awkward, and won't really hold a laptop computer well either. More of a novelty.
They do look perfect with a jar of Gray Poupon on them, until the jar falls off, breaks and spills mustard all over the car. Got to love it.

'A novelty' ... yes a very good description I think.

And just to add that in the UK on the new car the cost of them as an optional extra was £800 ! (so $1100 ?).
