hello all. 2 days ago my 2004 XJ8 would not start. it just clicks away, but engine won't turn on. thinking it is a battery problem, but all electricals work just fine. hope it isn't a bad starter motor...
any ideas where i should start looking? all advice is greatly appreciated. thank you in advance, william

 

Generally, if the symptom is clicking when turning the key, the battery is flat. Start with a load test on it.
