I have an old ICE system with a cassette and would like to upgrade to a CD system (even though I have a 6 CD changer in the boot (trunk)) ... Is there a cost effective replacement I can swap with? Also I have the phone handset but would like to upgrade to be able to bluetooth sync my cell phone without getting another sim or using the handset ... any ideas?

 

It is not that difficult to add a Jaguar Bluetooth module to the DB2 ring setup so long as you can find one. I have done it and there is information in this forum how to do it. There are two types of modules. One that uses a BTUM and one that does not. The one that does not is the better option so long as it is compatible with your car. Replacing the casette player with the Jaguar CD player should be possible if it uses the DB2 connection and if it is the same or smaller form factor. I am sure someone has done this change who can inform you.
