I have a 1995 xj6 Ac fan wont kick on to high any suggestion as to what to check out??

 

ok, little update, i have check all fuses, non blown, there a relay rideside heel borad, it engages for high fans, i can also here it engage when i use manual control of the fans, its like the fans are runign on a 2 out of a 4 speed fan,,....... is there a fan resistor in these xj6's, i know i have another car(chrysler) fan resistor fail, ran only on high.. appreciate any suggestion 95 xj6 4.0 eng
