when do you suggest the super charger be serviced 99k on the clock

"Serviced"? Do you mean change the oil?

In theory it's a "lifetime" lubricant. But I've never put much credence in that. I change mine every 30k miles....which is overkill, I reckon.

Use a suction device to draw out the old oil. I use a Mity-Vac.

Use GM Supercharger oil. Part number in the archives. About 1/4 the price of buying from Jaguar. You'll need about 5 ounces as I recall.

I just did mine because I had the supercharger out, the oil was completely clean at 112k.
