Hi Lee,
Not sure if you have already looked at this but I would start with taking the battery out and fully charging it over a 24hr period.
Whilst the battery is being charged, check the main distribution fuses in the trunk. Then systematically go through and check all fuses and relay boxes.
Also, whilst the battery is out, the car will reset itself so any memory functions you have will require resetting when the battery is refitted.
Check also the ground points around the car, these can come loose, corrode and cause starting problems.
This costs nothing but time and may help get the car started.
Hope this helps.

Charging the battery won't hurt.
I think that you are on the right track as the common factor here would appear to be the Body Processor Module. This controls cranking, wipers, indicators, lighting etc. As you have already replaced this module and the symptoms have not changed then it is likely that the problem is elsewhere possibly with the wiring, power or ground connections to the module. A missing security signal from the Security and Locking Control module would stop cranking but should not stop lighting, indicators, wiper etc from working as normal.
The Body Processor Module controls -
Interior lighting
Exterior lighting
Gearshift safety interlocking for automatic transmission
Audible warnings (seatbelt etc)
Indicators
Wiper & windscreen washer
Cranking control
To establish if it is a complete failure of the module or the wiring are any of the above working as normal?
Your indicators are not working at all? (front, rear or side)
Do they work using the hazard warning switch?
Your wiper does not work at all?
