Default 95 Vanden Plas blown air pump fuse F7

Hey all,
I am in the process of fixing my 95 Jag and I still have one code to clear. Its the pesky P0411 code. The first thing I did was check the fuse and it was blown. Changed fuse started car and then turned off, fuse blew again. Im thinking new air pump but not sure. Also where is the air pump located? I would most likely change the check valve and hoses as well.

Any thoughts or experience with this would be helpful,
Thanks!

Pumps are known to fail...again...and again....and some more. Reportedly the same pump as used on some vintage of corvette, or another. It is on left side, front of engine, right next to the water pump and near the thermostat housing. Look at the bottom of your air cleaner box and find a 3/4" dia or so flexible hose....follow that for about a foot or so and you'll arrive at the back of the air pump.

Hi Thanks!
Great! Found it...there are some electrical wires that come from the top and go under what I think is the exhaust pipes....do you know where these connect to? Im trying to trace these to see if I can figure out why the fuse blows all the time.
Thanks!
