Exactly the same thing here. Perhaps a scandinavian thing...

Yesterday morning it actually worked quite fine again, completely defrosted after a couple of minutes of driving.

I'll focus on my incontinent radiator hoses instead.

Breaking news!

I can hear one of the blowers going on and off now and then. Probably just some resoldering needed. Somewhere.

I'm assuming its either the Heater Pump or the Heater Shut-Off Valve as the pipes leading up to the Heater Pump seem to be hot....

after that not

My issue is back now. Constantly foggy windows. Auto setting not blowing any air to the windscreen. I have to manually select defrost/feet and turn the blower up to 70-80% to get a somewhat clear view, but still a slight layer of fog. And this is when I am alone in the car, with an outside temperature of 18-20 degrees C and cold air from the AC.

Taking the family on vacation in the car in a few hours. Hoping we won't have to lower all the windows all the time. Guess my vacation is going to be spent on reading and troubleshooting :-/

Anyone got any luck on this yet?

SBCS-are you losing any coolant? When your windows were alway fogging up, and a slight smell of coolant was present, it often meant there was a small leak in the heater core. I don't think you've mentioned any odor, but just something to add to the list.

Good thinking. Had that exact issue on a BMW, so even though there is no smell, I have checked the coolant and no loss since september. But I did check the temp sensor on the drivers side knee bolster today and it was completely covered in dust. Cleaned it and hoping that could be the issue :-)
