I have a 95 xj6 and the front seats Dont adjust. Straight wired the motors and all were working. I've changed the processors under the seats and still no luck. I've also checked the fuses ,they were good. And was getting power to and thru the seat fuses. Any suggestions before I try running another external hot wire.

 

swap the seat control modules from pass to driver to check, that is the most common issue too
