Default '96 X300 - Source for replacement fasteners

I'm going to need to replace the torx bolts that hold down the horizontal radiator "bracket"; the piece on top that goes from fender to fender.
I think they're T40's.
They're stripping and I'm going to have to surgically remove them ( PB Blaster, Heat, Dremel tool, etc.) and want replacements before I take it all apart to replace the radiator/ a-c condenser bushes.
Actually, it would be great if there was a list of all fasteners by size, grade, type, thread, etc..

Anyone know of such a list?
If not, I'm going to start one.
I know I can get the plastic 1/4 turn ones for the plastic covers in the engine bay online. They're pretty specific.
I just don't want to order things online only to get them and find they don't fit but are too expensive to return.

Thanks,

J Shelter

Thanks.
Unfortunately, the radiator bracket torx bolts are discontinued.
Fortunately, I found, at Home Despot, Allen head, hardened ones that fit and will never strip out.
