97 Sovereign - help
Hi Guys
I have a jag, Sovereign 1997 3.2 I am new to jags and am not sure if its a XJ or what ever or mark or model.
I have no user manual.
I have two questions on the dash I have arious lights. On the left I have TRAC OFF - SPORT - Are these standard lights in all jags/ As I cannot find a sports mode button anywhere? At the bottom of the gear stick I have a picture of a jaguar where a button could be.
Traction control do I have this? Or does Trac mean something else?

it has traction control for sure.. if the trac button is there on the far left and i think sports button is there also.. then the sprot button is for transmission and trac is for traction control

Yes sir-
the sport light means the transmission is in Sport mode, the revs will be a little higher before shifting, for a more sporting feel to the car, it's going to hold gears longer. If the trac light is on it should have to do with the traction control, eithern it is experiencing some sort of malfunction or you have it turned off. I hope this helps my friend
