Hi all,
Silly question here. Can somebody please enlighten me as to which hoses here are low side and high side? I am trying to recharge the AC system -- but I'm not sure if the manifold gauge I'm renting is faulty (only the low side snaps on correctly), or if I'm trying to stuff it on the wrong hose.

AC System Diagram -- can somebody identify the high side hose for me? I believe that 10 is the low side.



Blue, low side; Red, high side (??)

Blue - low, Red - high. You can't mess up as the HP nipple is bigger.

 

Thank you, this makes me feel less crazy. It turns out I need an adapter to connect the manifold gauge to the high side. I love when "universal" connections aren't actually universal.
