Hi All,

It's been almost 2 months now but just need ac hose (i hope) ... Anyone know where I can get a AC low side hose for a 94 xjs v12 conv 2+2? The ones I keep finding on internet are for 90-92 models.

Sorry but can you tell me what consists of ac low side hose on the diagram. I am not mechanically inclined, just ordering a leaking "ac low side hose' as per mechanic. Told it's also called suction hose.

Item 7 is the low side hose, part number MHD7310AA, assuming the last 6 digits of your car's VIN is greater than 190528.

That being said, the hoses don't usually leak. There are O rings at each joint, and they can leak, and another common leak point is the fill port itself. The port is a standard AC part, nothing unique to Jaguar there. Many GM cars use the same fill ports.

I found NOS on UK ebay blackcountryjaguar for 99 pounds plus 35 for shipping . (Price is ok but shipping is pretty expensive.) Hope it's in good condition. Thanks for your help.

 

BCJ are good, all their stuff is genuine factory; they bought up all the factory stock at some point a number of years ago.
