Is your compressor clutch kicking on? If not then I'd suspect your pressure switch. However if the clutch was not kicking on prior to having your system recharged I would wonder how the shop was even able to charge it

I am not an A/C expert but recently found that my A/C was not working. The fuse was good and the relay was replaced thinking it was not working properly preventing the A/C clutch from engaging. The problem ended up being the 4-Level pressure switch. It is my understanding that this pressure switch controls not only the compressor but the cooling fans as well. This switch prevented power to the clutch of the compressor and cooling fans when the A/C was turned on.
