Default bad cigar lighters?

Both of these are getting zero power. Fuses are good. Anyone have a tip of what most likely is the issue and the if they need replaced, what's the best inexpensive source?

Thanks!

I see from your post history that this vehicle is new to you this year. Have the cigar lighters worked since you got the vehicle and are you talking about no power at the harness connections or just they aren't working?

Many people use the cigar lighter feed for splicing in accessories. You may find the harness has been re-routed or disconnected.

They have never worked (although I've only had the car several months). I haven't had a multimeter to test yet (need to purchase a new one soon it seems), only have tested this lighters themselves and phone chargers and got nothing from either. Is it common, or more plausible than not, that there is something wrong with the assemblies themselves or some common wiring between both? I can't imagine a cigarette lighter is all that complex but I like to ask before I assume things.

THANKS!!!
