Great news on the coils, I had a similar experience a few years back. I installed a set of QYL's which are still working flawlessly.
It would be great to know which ones you installed and if the ones you took out were originals.
Also, it might be worth planning to replace the cam cover, spark plug well and bolt gaskets. Mine got progressively worse over time and let in more oil causing misfire headaches.
Keep up the good work.

That's a classic cheap chinese coil failure. Had the same few years back, going downhill, damn that was scary first time as the car literally switches off for split second and then on and the cycle repeats, brakes getting heavy and you're going downhill in traffic at 50mph. This is one thing that instantly teaches you to never buy cheapo chinese coils ever again

HI Nobeel,

The ignition coil overs I removed were a similar type from Ebay and had been working great for about 3 years. Then suddenly the dashboard activity began. I never would have guessed ignition coil overs would exabit such behavior. I saved myself a couple of bills doing it myself.
