Default Brake line replacement

I changed the brakes recently and noticed theirs a little rubber hose going to the caliber and its all dry rotted. I noticed this on all the calibers. Does anyone know the actual name of this piece? so i can replace them soon

In the parts industry they are called "brake hoses", and if that request was made at any parts supplier, the person behind the counter should know exactly what you need.
