their kits are a joke from the beginning

just a china mongoose cable with cracked software you can find anywhere

 

British Diagnostics is the absolute worst. Do not, under any circumstances do business with them. Ordered and cable and software kit from them. Took forever to come in. When it arrived no software, no instructions (like their description said it would come with). Attempted to contact many times. Zero response. Had to open a dispute.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM BRITISH DIAGNOSTICS!

 

I hope I'm not in the same boat. I ordered mine 4 weeks ago. Received it Friday. No software or VM in the package;just the cable. I have emailed twice no response yet.

 

I ordered the same item from BD. I have not received the cable, the tracking information they provided is invalid and I cannot get them to respond.
