A/C issues, fans not running
Right, compressor runs most of the time, but a/c doesn't blow cold (always, but sometimes, rarely, it goes get to a nice freezing temperature). My car does have the mod with the white wire looped on the pressure switch, so the fans should always be running (they aren't). When the fans aren't running, the pressure gauge I hook up to it reads very high, when the fans are running, the pressure drops down to normal. I checked the fuses, they're fine. I checked the relays up front near the fans, although I don't know how to tell if they're bad or not, and which of the 3 are for the fans. My car is also pulling codes 23 and 24 for the a/c.
From what I've read it's either the pressure switch. How difficult is this to replace? Would I need to depressurize the system? OR, if not the pressure switch, the relay. I've never dealt with having to replace a relay, is it something I can just pick up at the auto parts store, and what's the general price, just so I've got a figure in mind? Thanks.

Um... I can't seem to find it.
Below the LH headlamps, the driver's side? Like where the windshield fluid reservoir is, but on the driver's side? I haven't got anything over there, and no extra unconnected wires hanging about either.
edit: FOUND IT! It was still connected fine, took it off, was plenty clean, just a bit of dust/dirt on the outside. Inside the prongs were nice and shiny. So, relays or pressure switch next?

Thanks. I managed to find it just I made my edit, and you posted it looks like. I went ahead and just turned the car on and the a/c on (not blowing cold, and the compressor wouldn't turn on), and I could hear what sounded like the relays up front clicking (the row of 3 near the windshield wiper fluid reservoir. I read somewhere that they have stuff to do with the fans/compressor). It sounded like they kept clicking. Is that a sign that they're having issues 'turning on' (sorry for my lack of better terminology)?
