In addition to the engine, you will need:
Transmission
rear crossmember,
both engine and transmission ECU's
Wiring harness
main radiator
Supercharger radiator
intercooler pump, hoses and wiring harness
drive shaft
Shifter and associated interior wiring harness
transmission cooler lines
exhaust pipe, mufflers and catalytic converters are different
air flow meter.
That's off the top of my head, I'm sure there are more things that are different.

In addition to Jagboi's list: Fuel tank...well, there are mounting provisions in the NA tank for the second pump, and I believe the wiring connector on the removable access port has extra pins you could connect it to. Fuse box has a spot for the 2nd pump relay, but I'm not sure about wiring from fuse box to tank. But in addition to a second fuel pump, you'd need the mounting brackets and gubbings.
Inasmuch as a 97 VDP is long wheelbase, and the supercharged AJ16 was never offered in a "SuperSIx" configuration like the later LWB Super V-8's, you'll have to design and fabricate a custom propeller shaft. Additionally, I was unaware that the exhaust was different NA-to-Supercharged, but definitely a difference between LWB and SWB exhaust on the back end, so there may be additional hurdles to overcome apart from just obtaining the XJR-compliant exhaust bits.
Super-Six is a noble idea, but unless you have a complete XJR donor car, it is not terribly practical.
