I have a creaking noise coming from underneath the drivers side of the car.Any body have any ideas as to what it might be?

 

Upper lower control arm and/or sway bar bushings. The rubber gets old and begins to deteriorate. There are many of threads about this. I replaced the complete front end set. Do a little search for some of my old posts. gordo

 

whta model is it?

 

its a 96 xj6 55000 original miles. I was thinking possibly the shock mounts?

 

If its from the front just look if the bushing are stiill there . They deteriate
