Cruise Control Vacuum Actuator
Hey Lads,
So my actuator was toast with the rubber dried out and split. I had pulled it off and plugged the vacuum line and left it for some time but now want to complete it.
In my research, I discovered that this vacuum actuator is make by Hella and is used across a number of vehicle like Jaguar, Land Rover, VW, Audi, etc. The prices I founf for the Jag version were pretty high (used) but I found cheap ones when searching through the other brands. Going to grab one today for 20.00 on ebay.
Just a tip for those looking to replace this actuator.
You will need to transfer the linkage from your original so if you don't have one, this won't help but since most do, its a cheap option to get the cruise actuator back up and running.
