Default Doing the front brakes

Well, it's nearly that time. I've already ordered Akebono Euro brake pads for the front, but I'm at a loss for rotors.

I had ordered Brembo rotors (at $25 each!)from two different websites, but they were out of stock, with no knowledge of when they'd be back in stock, so my money was refunded.

Well, I find myself stuck, in need of some rotors near the same price range, but I'm weary of going with an unknown brand/website, and was hoping that someone could suggest some rotors for me.

I bought some from NAPA that have been prefectly OK for the last 15k miles or so.

Just did all brakes and rotors on an X300 yesterday and the fellow provided Centric brand rotors. Too soon to tell if there will be a problem with them but they "seem OK" initially. <shrug>

Cheers

I suppose it wouldn't hurt to give Centric a go. They do run pretty cheap. My issue is that I'd like some decent rotors since I've spent so much on the pads.

When I did my brakes nearly 2 years ago I used Carquest rotors, which are made by Raybestos. I got them for around $35 each and they are great after 2 years. I'm running Raybestos ceramics for pads too and stopping power is adequate and I have no squeaks or pulsation.

How much did you guys pay per rotor at Napa? I'm not too worried about picking a bad brand because they are all for the most part the same. Of course, if they are cryo treated, then it would be completely different (and at $300 there better be a difference).
