electrical ignition problem

electrical ignition problem
Got a question for you its an ignition switch question. When I turn my ignition off and take the key out, everything should be shut off but with mine all the windows work the radio stays on and the sun roof operates. Is that a relay problem or an ignition problem?????

possible theory to the electrical problem
I was talking to a friend and he said, one of the problems with the electrical system in the X300's is the insulation around the wires in the wiring harness fuse together which causes shorts in the system. Can anyone respond to this statement?
