Do I need to replace the whole front bumper? And suggestions? Thinking about painting it anyways.

Mine had a similar crack.

I removed it and used fibreglass cloth (6 oz tight weave) and resin to repair. Not a difficult job, really - the trick is to understand how fibreglassing responds at different temperatures and humidity.

(admittedly, I owned a surfboard / sailboard manufacturing facility for many years in my youth )
