Default 2004 X Type lost coolant in a crack on plumbing part in front of the Radiator

I am looking for help in finding what the part is that has a crack in it. The car had been parked due to tags and once I had taken it to go put a little air in the tires, it sprang this leak. By the time I got to the gas station, about 10 min away from home, it had let all the coolant out. I refilled it and drove it back home and it maintained most of it but quickly let most of it out. I discovered the leak was located on a part (I called it the plumbing for lack of a better word) located in front of the radiator. My son-n-law pointed the leak out and I was wondering if anyone knew the name of the part and if it is an easy fix? I don't want to chance driving it back into town and I don't know a mechanic. I am afraid of them taking advantage of it being a Jaguar as well and charging me an arm and a leg. I included two pics of the leak.

I have attached a parts diagram for the cooling system. I think you are looking at piece 7 on the diagram. You can compare the pictures to your actual hoses.
Also I included the excerpt from the JAGBITS parts site for piece 7

Default Upper coolant leak(crack)at the "T" fitting

Same problem here. Drove it for a year with minor loss. Filled the reservoir once a week. The the crack finally let go, Not able to drive losing that much fluid. Found a product for an "emergency fix" called "stretch and seal" at Homedepot. Clean the " T " pipe well and do a figure 8 wrap nice and tight around it. This fix works well until you can get the replacement. Got my replacement hoses complete on ebay with free shipping for $100.00.
Hope that helps.
