Default Front suspension rebuild

Need some help. I replaced front wheel bearings, all four shocks, (Bilsteins), front subframe bushings, control arm bushings, front brakes, tie rods, H&R lowering springs, and ball joints. Left the front control arm bolts loose as I was told to let it settle. It didnt. Drove it for a couple of miles at very low speed and it settled to the correct ride height. Woke up the next morning to take it in for an alignment and the front ride height came back up a good 1.5"! What gives? I checked and double checked every thing and I'm stumped. Anyone got any ideas? Thanks!
