Smile Hail damage repair Done

Had some hail damage a couple of years ago and finally made contact with a guy that actually lives near by that does dent repair. That is dent repair without repainting. I had about 25 in the boot lid and a few in the hood and one fairly big dent in the right front fender from another door in the parking lot. He uses rods with bends on the ends and actually pushes them back out. There is even a special hammer he uses to beat on the outside. After he was done you could not tell there had ever been any hail damage. The top was not bad enough to work. The sun over time had gotten rid of most of those dents and I did not want to remove the headliner. Great technique and I highly recommend it.

Didn't take any pictures since it would not show anything now. Should have taken some showing the thechnique. Sorry. But there are utubes showing the technique.

Despite wanting to repair and rebuild everything myself (cars and otherwise), I am always impressed by a professional who actually knows what he is doing. Professional, quality work that is done in a timely manner is a beautiful thing. And I bet you are thrilled to see the smooth, shiny surface of your Jag, as it is meant to be.

I can do a very good job with most of my projects, but it usually takes me about 10 times longer than if I had hired a pro! Smoothing out hail damage is well beyond my ability, and so is even more impressive when done well.
