Default Headlight washer pump

So today I received two new pumps, from China so I wanted to make sure just in case one did not work. The first pump I heard kick on for a second and then nothing. No fluid came out. So I tried my other ones and I heard the pump kick on , again for a second and then nothing. SO I am wondering if I missing something. I read in the manual that it will kick on the first time and then every 6th time after that. It is not doing that after the first second one-second burst. Any ideas on how to troubleshoot it. I tried to put 12VDC to them and I can fell the motor inside seizing but not spinning

Well I thought it may be a relay and no dice. Since my car did not come with the and I retrofitted mine off another car I am wondering if if body processor module is the same. I would think it would be. The 30amo fuse is also good

Since I have not had any luck and no one has responded I just have one question.....could it be the body module that is causing my problem since it is I checked relay and fuse. The reason I ask is that I don't think that the power washers are US standards. The car that I pulled this off is Canadian. Maybe that feature in the US car is not enabled. There are a lot of things that the Canadian vehicle had to include the heated windshield, heated core radiator hose, and the power washers. Wondering if I should move over the body module?

I searched for the thread that spells out the differences between the Canadian and US BPM. Has anyone seen it

Sorry no one has replied, but as you can guess not many owners in the US have probably tried to retrofit the washers.

I have no idea, but will be interested to see what you discover.

Well, I was going to try to trade out the BCM today. I know I will get daytime running lights but not sure what else will change. However, duty calls and have to take a Cell On WHeels to a fire here in New Mexico for the first responders. Took on out last week and it is still there. Fires here in New Mexico are going to be crazy this year.....Oh by the way that is Verizon doing this (Had to put a plug in since I am using their network to type this) If I get back early tomorrow I will give it a shot.

Changed out the BCM, Canadian, and although I know have daytime running lights I dont think it helped with wiper issue. I think I hear it coming on more but not 100 sure.
