Default How do you remove the rear door

How do you remove the rear drivers door on a 1996 jaguar xjr

-Disconnect the harness ( I think you find the connector behind the rubber boot that connects the door to the body)
-Disconnect the check arm (item 2)
-Remove the locking screws (item 1)
-Open the door fully and lift it off the hinge pins

As per @Jagboi64 above, but I think the harness connector is inside the B Post, so remove the B Post trim and disconnect in there and push out from the body.

I guess having a tyrannosaurus tear it off didn't work?

Oh 😂, it was pretty messed up already and with a couple drinks decided who could put the largest whole in the door.

thanks, the main problem I'm having is getting the bolts off, socket was having a problem due to the location. What kinda tools would work best w the area of the hinges?

I used a ratchet wrench, Gear Wrench makes nice ones, but there are others
