Default I need a wiring diagram..anyone??

So, I was just looking at my miles one night when I was driving home. I was happy with the miles I have on my car and thinking how many more I can get. Well..about 6 miles from home, out of no where, appeared a Herd of HOGS in the road!! I got on the brakes, but by the time I realized it was too late. My STURDY JAG, slammed right into the herd. So many things went through my mind in those few seconds. LOL Well, my car just rammed them and rolled over them. The VDP was not stopped by the HOGS. Grace of GOD I was not hurt. I finally stopped the car goes I though the tire was broke and the car was recked. When I got out and looked at the car it was fine, body wise. The driver side lights were not working. I then noticed when coming back to the car that the wiring harness in the driver side fender had fallen out. It was hanging underneath my door and had been damaged.

So, now the car will not start, lights don't work, brake fluild light on, outside temp does not work, wipers don't work. My question is does anyone have the wiring diagram for this harness. I am going to try and repair it, but not sure where each wire goes. Dealership says that harness is over $1400 dollars. Any assistance would be GREATLY APPRECIATED!! Thanks in advance.

Doug beat me to it

Presumably you did collect the carcases, Wild Boar sells for a decent price and may help towards the costs.

So, I found some Jaguars at the Salvage yard today. I was so excited about getting this wiring harness. Upon inspecting the cars, their wire harness was almost the same until you got to the corner behind the big 4 relays. My car has a Box Computer there that controls the lights I assume. These other cars did not have that box. Instead, they had 2 big relays in its place. What the heck is that about. Is it because my car is a VDP, and the other ones were XJ6 and XJR?? Really strange..

But no where do you tell the guys the Year of your car, or the Years of the scrap cars you are looking at.

For instance, my 92 and 93 XJ40s look pretty identical on the outside, but from an electrical aspect they are hugely different in wiring and relays etc etc.

You need to give this basic information, preferably in the title of your thread, and then with the other cars, in the body of your post.

Without this information the guys can't really help you.

I'll edit your title if you provide the details.

Default "1995 VDP" No Power to items connected to Driver Side Fuse Box under Hood

So I finally got Majority of all the harness wired together. There is about 4 wires I wasn't able to find a place for. After connecting battery, the only thing that change was my Electric Fans are back on when I turn the Ignition switch on. I still have no horn, no wipers, no driver side front lights, and starter still won't turn. Also, the A.C. system displays "Er" when I turn on the switch. It seems like all that stuff is still getting no power.

Is there a Main Fuse that may control power to the driver side fuse box located in the engine? Again, my car is a 1995 Jaguar VDP.

I hit a hog recently in East Texas. It was on a very rural road and looked to be a domestic pig. I got out and looked around and there was no one in site. There was no farm house nearby. No other pigs around so I left and went home. A few days later I got a summons in the mail with a substantial fine for leaving the area after hitting a pig. This really bothered me and I could not understand how this got reported as there was no one else even near this remote rural area. I finally found how it got reported.......

The pig squealed!!!!
