Jaguar x305 rear bilsteins for x300

Jaguar x305 rear bilsteins for x300
Hello guys. I came across the problem finding if bilsteins with code 24-023757 would fit my x300. Visualy both shocks look similar but I wonder if anyone have tried fitting them and if not why I shouldnt do that too.
