I've been running a 33-2003 on my 95 VDP for a couple of years now. That should fit just fine.

I agree, the 33-2003 fits the standard X300 air box. I used one for about 12 months until I replaced the stock air box with a direct air intake set-up with cone filter which gives out more punch in my 3.2 N/A
