Key fob problem

Default Key fob problem

How do you determine if your alarm/ key fob is 315 or 433 mhz..?

On the back of mine it says 315mhz.

US specification requires 315mhz and Europe specification is 433mhz.

It's stamped on the back of the fob case (below the P/N in very small print) but otherwise they look identical.

Mine says 315 / Kansas City , Mo. but it also says Canada on the back .

Please read TSBs for your car. Most info you need is in Jaguar issued bulletins.

Check your VIN and look at the SLCM for the freq. 2 different for the North America market
