Lost the Idler Pulley Bolt

Lost the Idler Pulley Bolt
1997 XJ6
A/C Belt Idler Pulley and bolt left the car together...walked up and down the side of the road where they jumped ship. Can not find either.
What does the bolt look like? Was there a sleeve or a spacer? I know I am missing a bolt and pulley, but want to be sure there is not another piece that goes on the shaft.
