Default My Jaguar has a grounded short

Hello, Everyone I am pretty new to these posts. I have a 96 Vanden Plas that is giving me a little Electrical problems. I have several symptoms below:

1.) Drivers seat blows fuse when making the seat move forward with the power seat switches. (the fuse that blows is under the rear passenger side seat cluster.

2.) The car starter does not start with ignition, (Ive been hot wiring the starter with a screw driver to get the starter going.) When i turn the Key the starter makes a Clicking noise but does not turn over. I had the Battery had tested so the battery is good.

3.) When I unplug the power wire from the front left fuse box in the engine the front passenger side head light turns on when the switch is off. Also the passenger side brake light turns on as well. So they are getting power some how.
Conclusion: I think i have a main power wiring grounding out against the body.

anyone have any input or any ideas how i should find this short?

Have you checked the wiring harness that runs along one of the trunk hinges?
