" how can I bypass the fuel tank on my car which line would i need to hook into to get the fuel into the car "
Your fuel tank / lines routing is on page 60 of the 801s doc , note 1 version has 1 vapor pressure canister and a Rochester valve , the other has 2 vapor canister and an electro valve , you can see the 1 or 2 square vapor canisters without jacking car
For a physical reference the main fuel filter that you should really , change has the flow arrow pointing to car outboard
The fuel flow regulator is plumbed like this into your fuel " rail " fitting , remember to use 2 wrenches on the fitting if taken apart least twisting the fittings off , soak with penititrating spray a few days in advance , no hurry to twist them off
The fuel line from pump first enters the engine bay and hooks to rear fitting on the fuel rail , the front of the fuel rail hooks to the side fitting on the FPR , the bottom fitting returns to tank , in normal operation there will be some bypass through the FPR dumping access fuel pump made pressure , this will in fact stir the fuel
There are new seat skins avail here and not just covers over original skins , they will send you a sample color swatch and the new leather will take some time to soften
I just did a little searching on that website yoh mentioned and he does not unfortunately if anyone has a 1995 jaguar XJR6 supercharger fuel tank feel free to message me or reply to this thread

Rule one - don't just look at the stuff for sale on a website and assume that's it. Boger has lots of parts cars coming and going. Email him with what you need. I think he just puts the small easy to sell stuff photos up to save enquiry response time.
I bought an xjc coupe door from him a few years ago after I asked if he had any and he did. A lot of working with older cars is networking and building contacts unless you want to pay top dollar to someone who went to the wrecking yard to flip stuff on fleabay...

As the tank is manufactured and installed in the factory , most likely the assembly is the same between the 2 pump or 1 but lacking knowledge to be sure
Hints that the tank internals are different than what is on page 60 and others like Motorcarman would know better
This doc covers 3 engines the earlier inline 6 as the AJ6 and your AJ16 as the last more powerful refinement before inline 6 stopped ( Fordized ) and the V - 12 , yes it came in your X300 model but rare
Your check engine light codes OBD - 2 are at the end of the AJ16 section ................but fussy on " showing " example CKPS CEL P0335
You can watch live sensor data on a ELM - 327 device / reader plugged into the OBD - 2 port
The AJ6 has the # 1 cylinder at the rear , AJ16 # 1 is at the front
Things fail based on age or wear and even design short comings , as the # 2 has less wear and should be in better " condition " ( motor brush wear )
With a tank already out of car would suggest swapping # 1 and 2 pump position
A note of caution is a brand new pump purchase ( there are brand recommendations ) may have a " bad part out of stock or off the shelf " a thing that does happen from reading others is the check valve can be bad , Any 1 of the 2 can fail causing the fuel line pressure to be under the 43 psi
43 is needed and not 20 , even though you would think not much needed for idle running
The fuel filter fittings would require a tool called a tubing wrench , look for O - rings hidden down inside the filter fittings
The X300 model has many parts that are generic and available at the local parts store
