Default Need some help

Hello all I drive a 95 vandan plas and I just started to have some problems and I cant figure it out. Ill be driving and the engine will basically stall i lose all my power and the check engine light comes on. I let off the gas pedal for two, three seconds wait until the check engine light goes off and its like it never happened but if I press the gas pedal to early it shuts the car off. Its starting to do it even more and i dont wanna lose my baby. Any suggestions on what I should do or what I should look into. Thanks

OBD codes? It sounds like ypu may have a throttle position sensor or an idle control valve problem, neithe rof which is too serious to fix,but they require some diagnostics to determine.

I had a guy plug into it and he couldn't get any codes to come up at all any suggestions on any cheap code reader or any place I could get it done

Try Autozone or one of the other supply stores, codes read for free. But throttle body errors do not always leave codes. Here are some code scanners members have used:
