Hi all , Im looking for the paint code for my 1996 XK8 wheels which i believe are marked SPARKLE .

Hi Ian,

I don't know if Jaguar has ever published a color code for the painted wheels, but I have personally found that the Wurth Silver Wheel Paint and Rustoleum High Performance Wheel silver spray paint are good matches for the factory finish on Jaguar, BMW and Mercedes painted wheels. The Wurth is probably the best match of the two, but the Rustoleum is very good.

I clear coat over the silver paint with an Acrylic Clear Coat from automotivetouchup.com. They now have a 2K urethane clear coat that I intend to try on the next set of wheels I refinish.
