Frankly, that thing looks absurd. Too short. The only reason the S2 XJC worked is because they really took sweet FA off it - it's still a long car.

WOAH! That looks horrible.
I'd much rather have this for a two door X300:

Well, you learn something every day. I had no idea that the X300 was made in a 2 door version. How many were produced and in which markets?
Personally throughout my life I have always gone for a 2 door version of models where I could as I think that in general they look better. Some may disagree!
Many years ago I had a Honda Legend Coupe, a fabulous looking car (IMHO!) and especially so when I used to see the more staid saloon version.
BTW I loved the model's build quality, overall feeling of strength and its equipment. For example, all one had to do was push the door to the body and it was drawn in electrically. Also get in, switch on and the seat belts rose from the side of the seats to meet your hand.

ha, ha ,ha ha, it's amazing what can be done with photoshop. Nobody in their right mind would build something like that.

That is real. It's the one off Daimler Corsica Concept. It wasn't built with an engine, but I believe it was the 4.0 AJ16 that was added later.

Default odd

It is a bit odd looking but with a v12 or xjr model I wouldn't complain. Anyways does anyone know if chrome fenders look good on the x300? I see them online to buy but the pictures never have them on a x300.

No, the chrome fenders look absolutely horrid. A great way to ruin the car.
