Replacing belts on 1996 Jaguar Xjr
So i have all three new belts for my 1996 Jaguar xjr but not exactly sure how to get started on how to remove the old belts and replace it with my new ones. Any steps or tips on how to do this would be extremely helpful.

It's been a few years so I can't remember every detail.
But...
The pulleys (at least some of them) slide; they're held in position by the central nut (10mm wrench as I recall) which must be slackened to remove/install/adjust belts. The pulleys are moved on their slides by threaded shafts which 1/4" square ends. One trick is to engage the end of the threaded shaft with the female end of a 1/4" drive extension and then use a 1/4" open end wrench at the male end of the extension.
On my XJR I had to remove the adjuster pivot from the alternator to allow enough alternator movement/swing to remove and install the belt.
Cheers

I posted a how-to with pictures about a year ago of the NA. I've no notion if any of it will be useful on the supercharged version, but one of the two belts was tensioned with a 1/4" square shaft.
I should think the manual (free download in the sticky section) would cover it in sufficient detail. Tricky bit with the 1/4" shaft adjustment is you must first loosen the center bolt on the pulley that it moves. Some don't realize that and then wonder why all they can manage is to round off the square shaft.
