Yes, it's only available from the UK. The good news is free international shipping so the $58-$59 purchase price covers that. The stereo end of the adapter fits Boss stereos perfectly, so if you want a full splice-free installation choose one of those. Otherwise the wires are standard color coding so you could splice on any stereo's plug to the adapter harness. The head unit I bought which was very cheap works well and only lacks Bluetooth, however there are no customizable display settings.

I received my kit roughly 10 days after ordering.

 

I got mine through Crutchfield. They have all the wiring and I think I also got the facia kit there.
