Default Stuck Speed Sensor

I was able to pull 3 of the four, but one of the rear sensors on my 1997 XJ6L, is stuck. It would move very little but could not get it out. Any recommendations on how to get it out without breaking it. I tried lubricant but was afraid to heat anything up, knowing that there is a lot of plastic there.
