Thanks to all you X300 Owners
Big Red's last day in the McKenzie's Inn is today. She was purchased by a family who plans to give it to their son, who is very interested in cars and, after driving it and hearing the sound system, was very excited about the purchase. I will be very sad to see her go after 21 years. I tell people that it is like marrying off your daughter. Not only do you want her to be happy, but you also want to ensure she will be treated right. This family seems to be able to do so. I have let him know that if he has issues with her, to come to this forum after performing some searches and ask questions. This is a very caring group of people that want to do what they can for their X300s. An example, when I could not find anyone to reset my position sensor within 300 miles, a member offered to send me his computer so I could reset it, and I just paid for shipping. Who does that?
It is time for someone else to enjoy her.
Thanks to everyone on this forum. You have been great, and hoping I get the same good feeling about the X100 side. I do still have a ton of parts and if you are looking for something let me know and maybe we can work something out.

You will no doubt have a lot of fun with the XK8. It is more advanced and a pretty fine performer, especially compared to an X300. Also the community of enthusiasts is considerably larger than X300's.
What a run you've had with Big Red, and the new owner will probably love it as much as you have. How could he not??
