Throttle-Body Torque Spec?

Can anyone confirm the torque values for the four long bolts that pass through and mount the throttle body to the bypass valve assembly that sits between the throttle body and the supercharger on an XJR? I would think their torque values are the same as the normally aspirated cars.
The values above seem high, and I can't find them noted in the service manual as written above.
What I can find though is:
Bypass valve to throttle body 8.5 to 11.5Nm
Throttle body adapter to bypass actuator 8.5 to 11.5Nm
.

Apologies for bumping the thread, but I plan to begin reassembly today, so if anyone knows the correct spec it is much appreciated.
Based upon the naming convention at Jaguar Classic Parts, I'm thinking the torque is the lower 8.5 to 11.5Nm, not the higher "Throttle Body to Intake Manifold 21.5 - 28.5 Nm" as specified in the Jaguar Heritage X300 service manual because the XJR throttle body doesn't mount to the more substantial intake manifold like the normally aspirated cars. The XJR throttle body mounts to the relatively insubstantial bypass valve body/adapter.
The throttle body, bolts to the adapter assembly via four bolts:

.... although the X308 throttle body removal and installation guide specifies 18-24Nm. Not the same part of course, but maybe a clue?

I checked my copy of JTIS, and while it does have instructions for the entire supercharger removal and installation, it doesn't have steps for the throttle body and my copy of JTIS doesn't have any torque tables.

I know this is an old post, I just wanted to archive the response.
It's 14 ft/lbs or 19 Nm
