Tweeter replacement

Tweeter replacement
Hey yall new member here, just dropping in to ask if anyone has a good set of pictures or instructions on how to remove the front tweeters. I've had my jag for 4 years now and its 'bout time I replaced the sound system. I'm thinking about running a component system if its not to much trouble to replace the tweeters. Also, is there a required mounting depth for the tweeters?

In the 96 XJR the tweets are in the A pillars. Looks like a metal mesh grill, possibly just pressure fit into place over the tweeter. it may (or may not) be possible to use a pointed object, like a safety pin held with locking pliers, to remove this grill. Also, the other day I noticed the right hand side of the defrost vent has popped up again (needs a little attention). Its held down at point "D" (in Oubadahs post of the diagram above) It looks like the vent is secured at the ends with a male/ female type fastener. the female section being secured into the dash, and the male section being part of the vent. I guess the Premium sound systems have a tweeter here (secured to the vent) as well. here a tweet there a tweet everywhere a tweet tweet......

PS. pretty sure the premium doesn't have more than two tweeter in the front. Trying to find it in the manual, but all I can see is the standard system so far.

Phillips manufactures the factory speakers. Each door features a set of component speakers – with the tweeter located behind the black plastic door handle cup and a mid-range in the bottom corner of the door panel. The X300 also added a pair of additional tweeters in the rear parcel shelf and in the top of the dashboard. The mid-range speakers are made of standard speaker paper and the tweeters of aluminium.
The premium system goes a few steps further by adding: 1) a 35 Watts x 4 channel amplifier mounted above the CD changer in the boot; 2) an additional pair of tweeters in the A-pillars; 3) a 5x8 inch (127mm x 177mm) subwoofer in the rear parcel shelf; and 4) a three level “equalizer” in the head unit. Whilst a good compromise, the premium system is still lacking and can easily distort most bass heavy modern music.
I found this in the info pach provided by Oubadah. Thanks Oubadah for all of the great information.

I had my door apart (non premium) there was no evidence of a tweeter "located behind the black plastic door handle cup".
And the wiring diagrams show no more than 4 tweeters total in each setup.
Standard:
Premium
Jaguar documentation is very confusing.
