Question What is this knob cover?
Found this cover that clearly goes onto some sort of knurled 'knob'. I found it in the engine compartment, over by the brake master cylinder (LHD).

Any clue what it goes on?

Looks like this one on one side:



But it is some kind of wire-harness part or something. I couldn't find anything else that looked remotely like it in the general area.

I've got one of those too.... When I purchased the car I found it in the glove compartment... just sitting there. I've no idea what it's for.
