What is this wire?
First of all sorry for all the posts but lots of questions here.
i found a wire in the very front of the car in the engine bay directly near the right hand headlight bulb connectors and relay bank but its not connected to anything.
It has 3 wires and a water proof connector, it has 1 white wire with a red stripe, 1 green wire with a grey stripe, and 1 black wire.
looks like it has not been hooked up for a while.
I cant imagine jaguar would leave this disconnected without a plug, i would really like to know what this plug is? and what i went to? it is NOT part of the yellow wire.
thanks

Not sure what it is used for. Mine has the same thing. Maybe headlight washers?
It's common to find unused wiring connectors for optional or market-specific equipment that is installed on some cars but not others

I concur with Doug. Found the same in my cars, not an issue.
Notice that the relay with the white stripe on top is not actually a relay, only a cover for an unused relay port!
FYI yellow covers = airbag wiring = don't mess with me!
