SO I looked through the posts and found one that kind of explains it. So I remove the top bolts on the cover and then I guess there are three slides at the bottom and once you move those then it will come out?

I had too much fruitcake for Christmas
Before you remove it there is 2 relays and such
Fuse # 6 / 20 amp LH engine fuse box and # 16 / 10 amp RH Jeelboard fuse box
You can always jumper wire across one relay socket ad watch it run
Others have had issues with the column switch wiring , the park switch , and the shaft bolt coming loose on the inside of that large black cover
You can put some heavy grease on the swivel pivots on the short articulating arms
I already have a a crayon drawn out picture on my mom's refrigerator she is proud of , she didn't think I would amount to anything
Keep track of your parts " stack "
To remove the bottom clips put some penetrating spray or bearing grease in the clips with a heat source ( lighter ) to melt the grease and wick into the area of interest
With a metal coat hanger make a hook that can go into the clips
Make a second hooked coat hanger to pull the first one in place pulling from the left side
The other end from the hooked end clamp a vice grip so you have a sling hammer type tool to pop the clips over 1/4 inch only , they pull to the right side
