So a 98 XJ showed up to the yard, I can’t post anything in marketplace for a few days but if any of you think it might be worth offering parts off it, I’ll make a listing over there soon as I’m allowed.
This isn’t a sale post per se, more of a discussion as to which parts you fellas think would be worthwhile removing from it.

 

My suggestion would be to look at the VCATS label in the boot and take a picture or write down the numbers.
Mark the modules with the suffix so you can get the correct part to a person looking for a module.

I have 3 parts cars and I write the suffix from the VCATS on the module when I remove the module from the car.
I don't have to wonder what the parts is!!!!!!!!!!

 

Pull the headlights. A good set is apparently worth $. I had a broken glass on my high beam and searched a long time to find a replacememt that wasn't crazy expensive.

 

this is a good pick. British Racing Green color body worth some money.

all of the exterior body parts will make good sales. I wished your car poped up much earlier!

both bumpers, door panels , side mirrors , all lighting hosing. hoods/truck, front grille

all of the liquid reservoirs maybe. gear shifter

there are still meats on the bones

 

Whatever you decide to sell, I would like to know. driver's seat, steering wheel, etc

 

This is exactly like mine including color inside and out. Interested in driver's seat, steering wheel, floor mats, and drivers door panel. Maybe more, can't think right now.
